Our clients, _______________, have referred to us for appropriate legal

action the matter regarding the messages that you have been posting on the
social media (Facebook) and messages you have been sending through
messenger.

We have carefully perused your messages and found them to be

threatening and defamatory. You are making a malicious imputation of a
vice or defect to our clients which tend to cause them dishonor and
discredit. Your intention to harm the reputation of our clients by tending to
bring them into hatred, scorn or contempt of others is clear.

Please be advised that you are exposing yourself to the commission of

the crimes of libel and threat in relation to Republic Act (RA) No. 10175
otherwise known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

In view hereof, DEMAND is hereby made upon you to CEASE AND

DESIST from posting libelous and threatening messages or statements
against our clients on the social media as well as in text messages, either by
you or by third parties. If you continue to do so after this demand, we will
have no choice but to strongly recommend and advise our clients to pursue
all legal actions, including the filing of criminal complaints for violations of
RA No. 10175, in order to protect their rights and interests, without further
notice to you.
