Plot:
A teen ager sitting in the home, watching the TV. His mom is working to make him lunch.
Suddenly the door bell rings. He goes to the door and returns with a paper in his hand.
Opens the paper and gets up. Shouts

RAY
Mom, Mom Mom! I got admission in Pune.

He is happy and sits down. Keeps watching the paper but there is no reply from the kitchen.
He walks to the kitchen. Mom is not happy.

MOM
You really leaving me? You know after your dad it has been so much difficult. Can you not
study here in an engineering college.

RAY
Mom, common, I scored so much marks not to stay here. I want to study in Pune. Make up
my carreer and be a big man.

MOM
But I am alone and besides Dad has left you so much. Stay here and complete your
education here

RAY(angry tone)
Just because you have not studied, doesnt mean ill stay like that!

MOM(sad)
Okay as you wish!

Cut to new scene. Ray is packing his bag. He sees a picture of him and his mom of the
childhood and keeps it in his bag. Mom enters his room.
 MOM(caring)
You go to Pune. I am proud of you. I will help you in all ways I can. Go my son study well.

Ray is happy mom has agreed and hugs her tight.

Scene cut and the next scene, show mom sitting and a drop of tear rols and she wipes it.

Plot: Standing on some road. Happy. Ray has his bagpack.

RAY
Pune finally

Plot: With friends happy laughing and enjoying having cutting. When one of his friend makes
him meet some of his friends. His eyes get glued to one of the girls standing and she
introduces herself as Neha.

Plot: Meets neha. Has cutting at the same place.

Plot. Walking together

Plot: Sitting on a bench

NEHA
I love you Ray. You are the best thing that happened to me in ages. I have had a very bad
past but with you everything is magical. Whats your plan for stay the next sem?

RAY
Ill stay in the flat with my friends. What about you?

NEHA
I was wondering… mmm.. amm… (she plays with her hair)
Lets move in together.

Ray gets up and in a minute just hugs Neha saying, that will be the best that can happen to
me.

Plot: Neha and Ray setting their home

Plot: Fighthing playfully
Plot: coffee in hand looking at leach other and holding hands
Plot: neha giving ray a locket
Plot: Door. They both come in. Ray slams the door. No voice but we have to show them
fighting.

Plot: Ray sitting with his hand on head. Neha walks with her bags. Ray is shocked. Says
nothing. She leaves.

Plot: Ray is sitting in the park where she asked him to be toghether. Crying.

Plot: Ray sitting on the footpath near the road. vehicles passing by. He is holding the only
locket neha gave him.

RAY(to himeself)
There is no meaning in living. I should better die.

Ray puts his hand on his eyes covering them. He is interrupted by a voice and sees
someone sitting next to him. A normal person with a neutral face and very fresh, smelling
like flowers.

CASTIEL(angel)
Whats the matter my friend?

RAY:
Who are you?

CASTIEL
I am an angel.

RAY
Stop kidding im not in a mood! IF this is a prank m gonna kill you!

CASTIEL
I can make you believe.

Ray turns his head across and a voice of flapping of wings fills the area. He is astonished to
see that CASTIEL is gone. He puts his head down.

RAY
And he says he is an angel!

The same voice of flapping of wings and to his astonishment CASTIEL is next to him. He
hands over to RAY the pic he kept in his bag of his mother and him.

RAY
How did you do that? How didi you get it? My home is 20 Kms from here.
 CASTIEL
I told you I am an angel! So tell me why do you want to die.

Ray starts telling and we show some of the earlier scenes while he talks to CASTIEL.

CASTIEL:
I see. Ray, did you every know when God made love what did it mean? Love means seeing
the person you love happy. It doesnt matter where they are and with whom they are. There
is no meaning ending your life for that. Your life is one of the most precious things granted to
you and you can do so much with it. Did you know it takes 7 lakh births to get a life of a
human? Love is not always getting things or people. Sometimes it is about letting the person
go and move on with your life, spread smiles on faces of other people that come your way.
Here let me remind you something.

Castiel puts his hand on Ray’s head and suddenly Ray starts seeing his own house he is
telling arguing with his mom about he going to Pune. Then how she supports him and hugs
him. And then when she is sitting alone her cryiing.

Castiel removes his hand. Ray is stunned.

CASTIEL
Ray, understand the real meaning of love. Your mom gave you everything she could. When
she needed you the most she still let you go because she loved you and wanted you to be
happy. Thats selfless love. Still If you want to die, you can go ahead.

Ray looks down. Again flapping of wings and castiel vanishes.Ray relaizes his mistakes.

Scene cut: He is happy sitting with friends. His friends celebrating his success with a trophy
in their hands and all dressed in formals.

One friend:
Ray, we are happy for your success. (Ray smiles). How did you manage after Neha?

Ray(smiles)
An angel helped me… and he give his friend his phone. On the phone there is a pic of him
and his gf.
