    Assignment: To be an employer or an employee.

    It is advantageous to be an employer but as I assess my abilities in becoming as such thing is not


    yet for me. For now, I want to be an employee as it will help me gain more guaranteed income and more
    professional experience. It will also give me a permanent regular schedule set and this will benefit the
    balance of my quality time with my family and myself.
