Scholar timetable is full of classes that highly demand power of concentration and a

lot of skill. Many children nowadays, feel upset because they sometimes cannot rise to the
teacher’s expectations.
I consider that secondary schools’ curricula should accomplish the right development
for a child, including a variety of subjects which would prepare him for the future. I think the
most important one is the computer course due to its practicability and usage, meeting the
standards of the near future.
First of all, computers surround us and technology usually makes people feel like
they cannot keep the pace with it. Learning basic skills and first steps in using a computer
when you are little, are the perfect boost when we would like to build up a career.
Computers and electronic devices are used in every domain and such skills are always
required.
Second of all, computer science develops logical thinking and makes the kids more
agile and fast. The left hemisphere is prone to develop much easier and induce the kids a
small passion for electronics and science.
However, there are other subjects such as the plumbing course which is pretty
important because they may lead the way for many kids. Most of us aspire to become
lawyers or doctors (high-class jobs) instead of something basic and useful. We are in need of
people who have a desire for practical jobs.
All in all, the computer course is the most important one and deserves being included
in the secondary schools’ curricula. It develops the scientific and logical thinking and is also
useful in an era where technology captures all areas.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in order to express my disappointment and anger, due to my experience

which happened two days ago in the shop you are in charge of. Winmarkt store, located on
the Bawel Street ended up being my least favourable place where I do my shopping, because
of the staff who wrongly accused me of shoplifting.
I will bring you to attention the aspects, and how all happened on the unfortunate day. I
used to do all my shopping here because I know the store offers high quality products,
imported from Germany which I cannot easily find in other places. I usually let my baggage
at the entrance in the special luggage box. But that day, I had only my bag in which I had a
bigger amount of many than usual. I am sure that every person is afraid of getting their
money stolen. In order to avoid such inconvenient, I took my bag with me. An assistant
stared at me insistently. I chose some products, then my phone rang and I answered while I
was heading to checkout. The alarm started out of nowhere and the assistant angrily yelled
at me. She accused me of stealing some cigarettes, even if I am not a smoker and I did not
touch any packet.
I would like to underline that I still have my receipt and I could easily show that I did not do
anything wrong. I was very offended with her behaviour and I asked for some apologies,
instead I got eye-rolls and ugly glances.
I think the clients are the priority and they should always be pleased, and unless I receive a
letter of apology, I will take further action and ensure that your shop will register a drastic
decrease in clients and profit. I am waiting for my demands to be complied.
