ANNUAL BUDGET
 MESSAGE

I am deeply grateful to the Department of the Interior and Local

Government (DILG), particularly to its field officers and staff of the City Field
Operations of this city, for enlightening the Barangay Officials and leaders in
improving the local governance in the barangays.

This Barangay Development Plan (BDP) will guide us in prioritizing our

resources, streamlining programs and projects filling the gaps in the delivery of
basic public services. As we envisioned, to be an independent, responsible, self-
reliant and strong with capable and determined leaders.; we commit to build the
capacities of the member barangays to become catalysts for the community
developments, supportive to the program of the city. Thus, we will work together
hand in hand in the attainment of our vission and goals.
