Sir,
This has reference to earlier discussion with you in dolvi plant regarding
housekeeping and toilet cleaning work contract which is under consideration with
you we would like to inform and assure that we will deploy required manpower for
the work and complete the work as per your desire level.

Also note that we will try initially with less manpower and take feedback and
according to this we will decide and calculate the required manpower and deployed.
