    As instructed by Sr.DAG(Admin) at p/4N of File No. Bill Sec/Pay Hold UP/2019-20, since both the officials Shri Ibsen,Sr.Ar. and Shri K.
    Baninath, Sr.Ar. are now punctual and also shows sincerity in duty, their pay for June 2019 will be released. Being the first time case, a warning may
    kindly be issued to them not to repeat in future otherwise departmental action against them would be initiated. A copy of Sr.DAG’s instruction is
    enclosed herewith.
