Dear Sir,

Sub : Requesting to regularize the digital attendance against manual attendance.

As you are aware, whilst our surveyor and assistant surveyor takes leave, we would be sending
standby team to site so that not to halt the work at site. But in this process, whenever standby
team is deployed at site, they are not been registered with regular entry formalities as their
deployment is temporary for couple of days, hence their attendance is not registered digitally.
Also due to some work emergencies and not able to reach the digital attendance machine, as the
site is huge to walk, they have not registered the attendance.

However, your good self is also aware that our team was physically present at site and has
worked at all those non-attendance registered days.

Hence, Request you to kindly advise the time office team to regularize the attendance only for
those days, which are digitally missed from 1st May 2019 to 20th August 2019.

We will also rectify the same in future days and ask our team to maintain the punching activity
strictly.
