This is to inform you that the construction of your Callista Model (SA) located at Phase 4
Block 38 lot 16 is fall behind in progress. According to the working calendar days the
completion percentage of your on-going construction must be averaging to 75%, but based on
our assessment, your completion average is very low at 11.07% with a delay percentage of 64%.

In this regard, we hereby instructing you an additional manpower, materials, tools and
equipment to cope the delay and to meet the target date completion. Also submit catch up
schedule.

You are therefore advised to coordinate with the site engineer/project in-charge
regarding this matter.

Phase 3 Block 17 lot 1&3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17&19 is very slow moving base on my assessment the
percentage accomplishment is an average of 24%, base on the working calendar days the
percentage of your on-going construction must be averaging of 50.80%.

In this regard we hereby instructing you an additional manpower to cope the delay and to
meet the target date completion and also submit catch up schedule.

You are therefore advised to coordinate with the project engineer/project manager
regarding this matter.
