This is to call your attention regarding on our pile driving schedule which have already
lapse to the extent that we have already consumed 3 months in our original contract. We have
constantly reminding your site personnel regarding the schedule that we are targeting. It has been
the second week that the piles delivered on site are not yet cured in which we have already
pointed out from the previous week that non-fabrication of piles including non delivery will not
be an excuse for us to have zero accomplishments. We are already in burden from the delay on
your equipment breakdown, thus we are not allowing any other excuses, to add furthermore, we
will be imposing a penalty per day of delay unless otherwise a valid reason will be raised. Please
be guided also that we have recorded from the 1st week of February, days that we have zero
accomplishment on pile driving works due to non delivery and fabrication.
