Dear Mr. Ponio,

This is in relation to the sub-project "Construction of Sagay Feeder Port / Fish

Landing" located at Brgy. Old Sagay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Please be reminded that last February 20-24, 2018 your office conducted an as-
staked survey together with our site engineer. However, as of this date, your office have
not yet submitted the aforementioned as-staked plan for the above-mentioned sub-
project. Moreover, that as-staked plan will be needed in order to commence the site
works properly.
