RE: REQUEST FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FOR QUARTER 4F/Y23
2022/2023.
Reference is made to the SUBGRANTING AGREEMENT signed between EPONET and
Plan International Uganda for the Implementation of Ni-Yetu Youth Project Phase 11 in
Alebtong District for the period April 2023 to June 2024.

This is to request for the disbursement of funds for the implementation of the activities
for the Period from April2023 to June 2023.

The total amount we are requesting for is 1,350,000/= (One million three hundred
fifty thousand shillings only). This is to cater for the monthly stipends of 3 secretariat
members for implementation of activities for Quarter Four as per the budget and work
plan.

The funds should be deposited on the Network Bank Account as detailed below;
