SUBJECT : Follow up Letter regarding on the balances of Darallad from 17th- 19th floor.

Dear Sir,

This letter is to follow your response on my last letter last January 26,2021 about the balances of Darralad
from 17th – 19th floor. Since December 26, 2020 up to this day, they have not deployed their workers from
the said floor to rectify, finished and turn over it to us. In relation to this matter, we are now deploying our
surface preparation team on this said floor for the preparation of the upcoming initial inspection of BFP
headed by Sir Bong of Taft Properties.

In line with this we are still seeking and waiting for your immediate response regarding on this matter. We
are urging your good office to take some action to Darralad since we have a very tight schedule and to finish
this project by March 31, 2021. Also, we are requesting a copy of Notice of Acceptance from them from 17 th
to 19th floor.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving your immediate response.
