Subject : Pampanga Technopark Land Development

Gentleman,

In line with the above-mentioned subject, we would like to request for

information in regards to the total scope of work for PTP Phase 1 wherein the given IFC
Plans are complete from all underground utilities up to the RROW.

As per the initial awarding of the work, drainage system and RROW was
reconciled with the amount of 235,000,000.00 PhP, but up until today we have been
provided a partial PO amounting 98,490,256.73 PhP. We would like to ask for an
update unto when will be the latter be awarded on our side.

In addition, as part of our understanding on the conversation and agreement

within us and the LGU bodies – we will be expecting the whole land development
from earthworks, drainage system, water system, sewer system, electrical system (all
underground utilities and the like) up to its road right of way. With the ongoing
construction of the drainage system, in order for us to fully continue the work without
impending delay up until the Road Right of Way, we have considered to study and
take-off all different scopes and be asking if what will be the status of these works.
