Dear Engr. Asequia,

This is with reference to the awarded project with our firm for the 1-LOT
RENOVATION RTA OFFICE (PHASE 2); SN 260 – 2021 located at Kauswagan,
Cagayan de Oro City.

In line with this, we receive an information of explanation due to delay of the said
project. For the response of concern, the Road and Traffic Administration (RTA) Office
asking verbally for the suspension of work at their second-floor building during our joint
meeting together with the RTA’s OIC and resident engineer of the project due to limited
space of their offices at the second floor. Our firm can’t proceed the renovation if there’s
still an object such as computers, papers, office supplies and etc. around the room to
avoid the accountability of both parties. These are the following items on-hold at the
second-floor:

1. Electrical Works
2. Carpentry Works
3. Tile Works
4. Painting Works
5. Aluminum Glass Windows
6. Doors

As of now, our firm waiting the go-signal of RTA’s decision. Our project still on-
going with the sixty percent of working progress. We guarantee to do our best to speed-
up the activities once we started.
