Subject: - Delay in Work Progress.

Dear Sir,

It has been observed in our site visits during 16-02-2019 to 09-03- 2019, that the progress of
work on above mentioned site is extremely slow. The major works such as flooring, Electrical
cabling and fittings, fixing of Doors and windows etc, are still balance to complete the project.

The delay is occurred due to following reasons:

1. Changes of ceiling finishes from painting to gypsum work.

2. Changes of split unit Air conditions to centralized ducted Air conditions.
3. Provision of column in all the center of windows.
4. Additional interior changes.

The changes mentioned above leads to additional cost and time. We hereby request you to kindly
finalize the changes, at the earliest in order to avoid further delay in completion of this project.

Subject:- Approval of Concreting of Slab

Dear Sir,

This has reference to inspection of Shuttering and Reinforcement of Slab on above mentioned
work. We would like to inform you that we will issue approval letter to Municipality on
completion of following works.
 1. Approval to be taken from MEDC for the Electrical Layout and load calculations.
2. Extra bars to be provided for opening as instructed to you on site.
3. Staircase opening for pent house is to be discussed and finalized with the client.
4. Chemical is to be applied to existing slab joints before concreting.
5. Reinforcement is to be fixed Dowel Chemical
6. Contractor will be held solely responsible for the crack, if any appear in joints in future.

You are advice to complete the work and inform us.

Subject:-Structural Work of Staircase

Dear Sir,

We would like to bring to your kind attention that as per design drawings, the staircase is to be
constructed to first floor by providing beam support on adjacent wall for stair flights and landing
slab.

During the inspections before the concreting of Staircase, we observed that staircase flight and
landing slab are supported by HILTI dowel chemical fix method. The Contractor informed that it
has been proposed by the designer (MA Consultant) as the staircase was not constructed from
ground floor.

We would like to inform you that in our opinion as the Supervision Consultant, staircase should
be constructed as per initial design with proper structural beam supports for flights and mid
landings for stability.
If the work is not done as mentioned above, we would regret to inform you that, we will not be in
position to take the responsibility of the structure for any settlement or failure in future.

We have inspected the site and found that the contractor has done all the reinforcement &
shuttering works according to the Municipality approved Drawings and Specifications.
