    Restoration of damages.

    Project Details: Modification works at factory which name is Powerpack Solutions Private
    Limited (PPSL Baraka Flour Mills) – Plot No. 239.

    Dear Sir,
    This is with reference to the above subject and as we are assigned contractor of the above
    mentioned project, we would like to inform you in writing that we undertake to carry out the above
    works in accordance with Building Control Department’s
    Safety Regulations. We aware that we shall be liable for any financial penalty imposed for not-
    complying Building Control Department’s Requirements during the construction/modification
    works.
    We kindly request Building Control Department,BOM – Sundar Industrial Estate
    to release modification permit and enable us to commence the project.
