    Sir,

    This is to inform you that as Provisional Items under our Contract was already reconciled last _______. We
    would like to follow-up the issuance of WAO-CO for us to proceed the said works immediately.

    Also, we know that there is a crisis regarding deliveries of Owner Supplied Materials, however, to help the project
    ease the problem, we would like to take over the purchasing of OSM. Materials ordered and delivered will be
    subjected as additional charges to our Contract. (see attachment)

    Kindly inform us regarding the approval of us taking over the purchasing of Owner-Supplied Materials.
