Purpose and Context

The purpose of this project is to replace the bathtub/ shower from the kids’ bathroom.
My wife and I recently moved back to our home in California. The house was being
rented to another family while I was preforming military duty in Pennsylvania and Texas.
My family had been out of the house for over seven years. A month after we come back
to our house, the kids’ bathtub broke. The project will intake the removal of the existing
tub, re-piping the shower, installing a new bathtub with shower walls, and installing new
fixtures.

Phases or Timeline
Phase 1: Remove the existing water fixtures, bathtub, and shower walls. (Expected
completion time: two days.)

Phase 2: Make repairs if needed and re-pipe shower line to be raised to a height of six
and a half feet. (Expected completion time: three days.)

Phase3: Install new bathtub, shower walls, water fixtures, and frameless glass.
(Expected completion time: two days.)
