Sub:- Plumbing work form other agency completed on 20 th February, 2020.

Respected Sir,

As per schedule, our work was completed on 1 st December 2019 along with plumbing
work for the site, we had provided maintenance and repair service for the completed
plumbing work till 1st May 2020, unless you did not void our maintenance warranty by
using third party plumbing agency.

It has come to my notice that on 20th February 2020, a third party plumbing agency
made changes in the original plumbing work done by our company it was diversion of
main water tank pipelines which can cause a problem in future. We request you to ask
your third party plumbing agency to rectify their plumbing work back to original status
so we can fix the pressure pump on the pipeline of main water tank .

Please note our company will not be responsible for any leakages or other plumbing
problems caused due to the third party work, so It is our humble request to you,
henceforth do not carry out any changes in plumbing fittings and fixtures and pipelines
without consulting the architect or our company so that you can avoid leakage and
plumbing problem and keep our warranty intact.
