Please reply to the attached letter as follows:

SUB: MEP works notification no:209

This has reference to letter D12-09-S1809 dated 13th Aug 2020 forwarded to us. Please find below our serialized response:

1) We wish to convey that our PRO had approached DCD and was informed that two-stage DCD inspections cannot be
done in this project since the DCD/DM inspections are now unified and also the project has a single building permit.
2) Please be informed that as per the revised main program, the testing & commissioning dates have not elapsed.
Kindly see attached document.
3) To be responded.
4) The disinfection/ sterilization specialist will be delivering all the chemicals by 18th Aug 2020 and start proceeding
with the works for disinfection.
5) The GRC works are being expedited so that installation of Façade lights can be expedited.
6) SPML PRO is in contact with DEWA to expedite the estimate for DEWA water meters.
7) Please note that M/s. SUTTON is the commissioning manager for HVAC systems and all other systems are
commissioned by the Contractor directly.
Mr. Jamsheed Majeed from MEP will monitor/ coordinate the testing & commissioning of other systems which are
commissioned by the respective suppliers/ specialists.
