5. Owner Supplied Materials (OSM). Bidders to submit Guaranteed Maximum Quantity.

I. GENERAL DISCUSSIONS

 Brief description of project.


 Issuance of Bid Plans, Specification and other forms will be thru email
to all participating Bidders.
 General Construction, Plumbing Works, and Electrical are under the
same packages.
 Bidding is a Lump Sum type. Which means that anything that is
reflected in the Plan that the Bidders missed out to declare in the
proposal during the bidding it will be consider as included in the
contract.
 All Permit Fees (from Barangay Permit to Construct to all Bldg.
Permits, Contractor’s Tax, FSIC, Structural Testing Fee, DPWH Fee, as
well as the SOP or needed Accommodation Fee with your LGU
Contact) are include in the Contract of the General Construction
Works including the usual SOP from various LGU’s, if applicable
 Kitchen will be Polyurethane (PU) owner have accredited contractor
(with 5 years Warranty against Workmanship)
 For Items that are not included in the given Bid Forms place the said
items which are reflected in the plan under OTHER ITEMS.
 Existing Door Portal will be dismantle including structural, for disposal
this is under the Mall Admin.
 Provisions for the following is under the General Construction Works:
a. Water Heater & Filter
b. Electrical Roughing Ins
c. Plumbing Roughing Ins
d. BGM/Sound System Roughing Ins
e. Signage Roughing Ins for Electrical/Timer Switch
f. Kitchen Equipment Roughing Ins
g. Mechanical Roughing Ins (Electrical/Plumbing for water
drain)
h. Kitchen Stainless equipment(Grease Trap) Roughing Ins
 To utilized all existing Soil/Waste Pipes in site as per drawing.
 All QUERIES should be send thru email not later than, Dec. 22-28. Late
queries will not be entertained.
 For Air Condition unit owner preferred, is CARRIER BRAND (WITH 5
YEARS WARRANTY ON SUPPLIED UNITS)
 All Air Condition will be tapped to ACCU Drain Pipe at site, no tapping
of ACCU drain to all Soil/Water Pipes.
 CATWALK for all FCU/BLOWERS/CASSETTE TYPE AIRCON is under
Mechanical Contractor (if needed).

II. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


 The Bidding is a closed bidding. The Bids will be in one (1) original set
and one (1) extra copy. That will be sent at MASUMA FOOD
INDUSTRIES, INC. located at ELECTRONIC ROAD, SEZ, FTI, TAGUIG
CITY.
 All Bidders MUST use our Standard Excel Bid Forms (BOQ).
 Warranty of Workmanship is 1 Year from the date of Acceptance of
works.
 Payment terms should be as follows:

 Owner have accredited Insurance Company for the CARI and other
Bonds, the awarded Contractor can coordinate with Ms. Vanessa
Santiago for Insurer/Broker’s Contact Details.
