And also attached amended equipment schedule here with( proposed next higher capacity for 2nd floor business
center and upgrated Outdoor unit capacity also in order to maintain good performance in the system)

Good morning!
The proposed products are acceptable. However, pl ensure the proposed capacity is equal or slightly higher than
the required capacity of the AC equipment. I noticed this in the Business Centre in 2F.
Additionally, I prefer to visit few installations of the proposed products to see their functional performance.

Dear Mr.Ranawaka,
Given the super urgency of this requirement, the UNOPS consultant has quickly reviewed the submission and
forwarded the below comments.
"The proposal can be technically accepted. However, please include and clarify the following points.
1. Country of origin of all proposed equipment and materials have to be defined.
2. The proposed Split type AC units are of make VOLTAS with higher capacity. It is preferred to have the same
brand for all units with suitable capacity (VRF & Split type) to ensure easy maintenance.
3. It is better to have a single Refrigerant for all units (for the maintenance purpose).
4. It is better to include a table indicating all MVAC equipment with locations for installation etc. for easy
identification.
5. The refrigerant piping should be of Hard Drawn Copper tubes with fittings recommended by the respective
manufacturer."
Please attend to the above comments and submit the final version as soon as possible.
If you have any concerns, please reach out prior to finalizing the document.
