    Dear Sir,

                   Today, meeting has been organised for the above subject matter. Please find the attached
    study report of M/s Dehn India (P) Ltd for Building Lightning Protection & Risk Assessment. This
    survey conducted on 2018 (Tata Chemical's period) in our plant premises.

    Today following points have been discussed and finalised,

    1. External lightning protection condition according to the report to be checked for following
    buildings, a). Zeolite b). Admin c). Lab d). STG e). Ammonia Tank & Control Room.
    2. Latest earth pit checking standard and procedure to be explore.
    3. Suitable GI paint spray / brushing to be applied after any kind of welding job , drilling job of GI
    earthing strip related work.
    4. Equipment (Electrical & Instrumentation) related lightning / surge protection study to be
    explored in later stage.
