2 User need to Shutdown the application. Customer
Reboot the server and check the status before performing the

Boot the Server with Intelligent Provisioning/Smart Start bootable
4 3hrs Approx
image IIPL
5 Run the offline Hardware diagnostic test IIPL
6 Monitor the Diagnostic test status. IIPL
7 Collect the required information and Share the Observation IIPL
8 Handover the System to customer to check the status IIPL/Customer

Please plan the activity and confirm, accordingly we align the engineer for the same.
Note :- On Proactive base take the data backup.
