ANNEXURE – A (Technical)

Our Scope of job:

The scope of job addressed by us shall be as follows:

1. Build up of the damaged splines with suitable weld alloy.

2. Machining of the splines as per the required size.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICE
We will charge Rs 72,000/- (Rupees Seventy Two Thousand only)

Prices:
Prices are on firm basis exclusive of all taxes & duties. Applicable taxes will be charged
extra on the quoted value at the prevailing rates.
Delivery: 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt of Shaft at our works.

Taxes & Duties:

Statutory variation in the rate of all taxes, duties and levies etc. or imposition of new taxes,
duties, levies etc. beyond the date of this offer due to Government Notification or enactment
or by virtue of different interpretation by assessing authorities for which we are liable to pay
any taxes, duties, levies etc. on this contract, will be to your account.

Inspection:
At our works against completion, you have to necessarily provide us with a work completion
report for raising of final commercial invoice.

Payment:
50% advance, balance against job completion before dispatch.

Arbitration:
Our liability is restricted to our workmanship and material only.

Scope Variation:
Any work not included in the normal scope or modification of any nature will be carried out
after mutual discussion and agreement on commercial aspects.

Validity:
Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of our offer.

Force Majeure
For the purpose of delivery clause, force majeure condition shall mean and include any
circumstances and occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the company and/or its
sub-suppliers which hinder the execution of its duties, as for e.g. mobilization, war and war-
like conditions (irrespective of whether war has been declared or not), revolts, rebellions,
sabotage, strike (declared or undeclared), lockouts, other labor disputes, natural disasters,
fire, flood or unforeseeable circumstances, or epidemics, hindrances and delay in
transportation, all acts of God, State (Central or Provincials, breakdown of essential
machinery and equipment, delay in availability of essential raw materials, non-availability of
wagon/shipping specs. etc. Hence we shall not be responsible for the any delay in delivery
of the finished component due to reasons above stated, which are beyond our control.

General

Our scope of work is limited to scope of work mentioned in technical offer any additional
scope of work will be charged extra.
Any term or condition not mentioned herein shall be as mutually agreed upon.
Any acceptance criteria not mentioned in our Offer for this job is to be informed to us and to
be mutually agreed upon.
