Since ACU and Exhaust/Freshair ducts are still unknown to when will it mobilize, delay will drag the construction
duration to 55 Days.
With the additional Ceiling design, this will not be fabricated yet due to the unavailability of the installed FCU units
of the Air-conditioning units.
For Back of the house wall tiles at wet areas cannot be installed yet due to the pending Wall Mounted FCU
(unavailability of Samsung Contractor) Drain location.
