Subject: Pending MAS for Mechanical services

You are urgently required to submit the following documents for approval and regularization purpose as
these materials have already used on site,
1. MAS for the Standby AC units installed for the IG & DG offices.
2. Approved MAS copy for the chilled water Valves & accessories (M/s. Watts) installed in the
chiller plant area. (Sub-contractor claiming that they already received the approval from ROP
DGPM).

Submit urgently the following pending MAS for review and approval,

1. MAS for FM200 fire suppression systems for the third floor main Server room.
2. MAS for FM200 fire suppression systems for the ground floor Security control room.

If the Contractor considers that the above instruction constitutes a variation of works, in cost or time, The contractor
must inform the Engineer/Architect accordingly, as provided for by the Conditions of Contract.
