Project Background

Our bank is currently under carrying out extensive activities through


Strategic Initiatives plan-2022/23, to become ‘’a leading private bank in
Ethiopia by the year of 2025’’, with a mission of ‘’ We root our foundation
in communities to provide banking solutions that create greater customer
experience with emphasis to cooperatives and agro-based businesses
through proper use of human resource and up-to-date technologies to
maximize stakeholders’ value.’’
To achieve this, our bank has focused to provide banking services to the
underserved (rural) areas of the country and is opening 50 Eco-branches
(some of them has already started operation) on the first phase and is
currently making efforts to open 50 additional Eco-branches, to attain
superior results at the end of the strategic plan period.

phase and efforts are underway to open 50 more Eco-branches
under progress

Statement of the Our team has reviewed the progress of the project, held

problem discussions with user bodies, and identified some constraints


from different perspectives

These perspectives are Land preparation/site demarcation/,


Thermo-house/ branches quality, branches layout, toilet, solar
power and wind power/, Thermo-house Transportation, civil
work/ earth work, fence work and guard house work/, selection
of contractor for civil work / quality of work, Time and cost/
and branding works/ sticker, greening and planting/

work in opening these branches (Foundation

Compound work) and has been playing a vital
role in the success of the project with
objectives of creating effective flow of work,
optimum utilization of space, favorable
impression on the customers, employee
comfort and satisfaction.
