PROJECT : RTI STEEL FENCE REPAINTING

We are hereby pleased to inform you that construction of said project which
started on January 11, 2018, has been completed as of May 20, 2018.

A. Scope of Works
1. Surface preparation
a. Installation of yellow spacer
b. Sand papering of steel fence for removal of existing paint
2. Painting Works
a. Primer Coating
b. Top Coating

B. Additional Works
1. Installation of Blue Sheet along parking area of MCB & RTI area for cover
protection of all employee’s vehicle.
2. Applying of Polituff (Body Filler) for all un even surface of steel gate
3. Primer Coating of portion w/ polituff

This is to certify that workmanship is guaranteed for any defect within a period of 6
months from date of completion.
