The above areas mentioned was all approved surface preparation and turnover to your office since
last year. Therefore, we cannot proceed to our tiling and ceiling works those indicated areas.

Also, we are requesting to your good office a copy of summary of all approved flood test of T&B and
Balcony by Jan Owen.
