This refers to the above subject and reference no. 15. Please note follow the
Contract Agreement clauses
for all drawing and submissions. Accordingly, all drawings / submissions should be
signed and stamped
as per the clause 8. I .6.6 in volume I of the contract agreement.
The submitted compliance statement and drawings were reviewed and comments are
given below. The
comments should be incorporated before GFC approval and resubmit.

Rain water should not come through
the road surface and through the
perforated slab. Further catch pit
should be provided both end of the
culvert to the design. Therefore,
Culvert design and details should be
provided according to the surface
water runoff.

Road shoulder should be as per road
authorities' specifications.
Road cross sections should be
provided every 5m intervals.
Main Gate design should be as per the
architectural
recommendation.
Further slash door type gate should be
checked with the entrance of the W TP
access road. Therefore, road should
not be blocked by the gate when it
open.
Weep hole seepage should not come
through the road surface. Therefore,
should be provided suitable drain path
for weep holes seepages. Further,
earth drain the top of the retaining it
should be concreted and the drain
section design calculations should be
provided according to the rain water
runoff of the catchment. Therefore,
most suitable structure is concreted
retaining wall with space availability
and existing rock layer.
The given road center line 6m radius
for the entrance of the access road
should be checked whether
