Sir, Our office was commissioned to prepare a subdivision plan located @ San Isidro, City of San Fernando, intended for a housing project. Base on our initial layout, we have come-up w/ One hundred forty six (146) individual lots for the project. Related to the required design of water system w/ the required hydrants. We are requesting your office to extend the said services to the proposed subdivision.
