Dear Mr. Ventigan,

We are turning over the documents related to the full completion of engineering, procurement,
construction, and commissioning of LOBP plant. Attached are the list of documents for your reference.
Hard copies of the documents will be delivered onsite by January 22, 2020.

In addition, we would also like to inform that our planning function was turned over to Petron Terminal
Engineering last December 30, 2019. For this reason, our involvement to the remaining works which
includes the design of fire pump enclosure, ventilation of warehouse, and construction of entrance gate
fence will be limited to conceptual planning because we already handled the initial work.
