Upon careful examination, validation and verification of the eligibility,t echnical

and financial requirements that you have submitted for the bidding of Supply and
Delivery of 100 units Non-Lethal Electronic Control Device for the PNP-Logistics
Support Service,we regret to inform you that your bid failed to pass the post
qualification, on the following grounds:

1. Failure to submit the following documentary requirements under

Section 34, Rule X of I-IRR of RA 9184,to wit:

a. Tax clearance;
b. Latest income and business tax returns;
c. Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration; and
d. Other appropriate licenses and permits required by law and stated
in the Bidding Documents.

2. Failure to submit one (1) unit sample for Post-Qualification under

ITB Clause 29, Bid Data Sheet.
