Subject: REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

Gentlemen:

Our company, __________________________ most respectfully requests for

assistance in relation to our company’s decision to make a second attempt take actual
physical possession “padlocking” of one of our properties ____ (“subject premises”). This
request is being made in view of the violence that occurred during our last attempt to conduct
padlocking at the premises last ____________. We are convinced that, due to this history of
violence from the occupants, our next planned padlocking operation will most assuredly be
met again with violence from the occupants which we sincerely wish to avoid.

Our Request

With everything that we have relayed in this letter, we hope that this good office
could extend us the police presence we so desperately need. Before we conducted our last
padlocking attempt, we believed that we had made sufficient arrangements to ensure the
peaceful conduct of the padlocking. Despite everything we did, violence still occurred.

As such, for our next padlocking, we are coordinating with various avenues in the
government system and personally we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of
everyone for our next padlocking. We fear, however, that all our preparations will not be
enough, not without official uniformed police presence that by their very presence would
deter violence.

It is with this belief that the very presence of our servicemen would deter violence
that we make this request for police assistance and heightened police presence for our next
padlocking operation at _________________. We would highly appreciate it if you could
kindly accommodate our request. Thank you for your preferential attention.
