FENCED) AND COMMISSIONING AT RD 188+500 OF K.B FEEDER NEAR
KEENJHAR LAKE REGARDING K-IV PROJECT WAPDA.
Ref’nce: Your Quotation No. WAPDA/KIV/HYDROMET/2201/22 Dated: 22-01-2022.
We are pleased to inform your Bid price amounting to Rs. 499,000/- (Rupees:
Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Only) for Installation of the Telemetry Site (Complete
Mounting Structure & Accessories including Poles, Brackets, Nuts, Bolts Etc with
Galvanized Chain Link Fenced) and Commissioning at RD 188+500 K.B Feeder Near
Keenjhar Lake regarding K-IV Project WAPDA under has been accepted by the competent
Authority.

You are requested to please mobilize at site for subject cited work within
period mentioned below and ensure timely completion of the work.

The following terms and conditions shall apply which may be signed as token
of acceptance:
(i) You should mobilize at site within 03 days positively from the issuance of the work order.
(ii) The completion period for the subject work is 15 days from the date of commencement.
(iii) Income tax & sales SST on payment shall be deducted as per Government Rules in
force.
(iv) The payment will be made for the actual quantities of work done at site.
