Outside Plant OSP Designer Duty and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for carrying out all aspect of survey , planning and design of the local network for the Main
Distribution Frame (MDF)in the exchange building through the Distribution Point (DP) to the subscriber terminal
box.
 Design of primary ,secondary, manhole and conduit of the local network conforming with the MOPPT design
standard, guidelines and practices.
 Prepare and design of HRISLU, Remote Access Node (RAN),Pair Gain System (PGS) both analogue and digital,
Exchange and Cabinet cut over design.
 Design of Secondary Network for Outside Plant distribution system which include pole line, feed stop, single line
diagram ( SLD )and geographical format plan .
 Prepared the Engineering Plan and design of Fiber Optic Cable ( FOC ) links between cell and micro cell from
major splicing point both aerial and underground route plan and CEF building installation .
 Conduct field survey for possible route of fiber optic cable.
 Coordinate with Saudi Telecom Company ( STC ) and Lucent Technologies Int. for pre construction survey in the
implementation of the engineering job.
 Conduct preliminary survey to determined the suitability for placing buried cable both copper and Fiber Optic
Cable.
 Undertake field survey, demand investigation , property classification for planning purposes.
 Prepared of Detailed Bill Of Materials ( BOQ ).
OSP Civil work Inspector Duty and Responsibilities:
 Conduct supervision of installation of Manhole, Hand Hole , Service Box and Underground conduit from
excavation , cutting and breaking of pavement ,rebar works, concrete pouring ,formworks, pipe laying, backfilling
and restoration as per standard.
 Supervise OSP civil work , Aerial installation ,copper and fiber optic cable construction ,splicing and testing and
see to it that work is completed according to vendor specification.
 Give site instruction to the sub contractor regarding changes in design.
 Prepare all the document for billing purposes ( Red Line Drawing,, Concrete pouring, cylinder test , rebar test,
Field Density Test ( FDT ), including AS Built Drawing and work change.
 Responsible for Material Quantity Take Off.
 Witnessing all the test result cylinder test, rebar test, field density test as per design standard.
 Coordinate with the contracting party for pre construction survey/staking in the implementation both aerial and
underground conduit.
 Resolve all technical problem that arise during all stages of project.
GSM Duty and Responsibilities:
 Monitoring and inspection of all aspect of construction activities with respect to the contractor performance of the
work in compliance with the drawing specification .
 Supervise and inspect lay outing of tower foundation , anchor bolt , formwork ,rebar and concrete pouring.
 Study and review construction drawing and specification to become familiar with scope and detail and check
interfaces of the contract.
 Supervise the main contactor regarding installation of monopole, collapsible cabin /shelter, cable tray ladder , ACU
Unit, Port hole location, Main Distribution Board (MDB),Test pit Grounding, and Electrical lay out.
 Check the Bill of Material ( BOQ ) as per actual installation.
 Attend Kick Off meeting and planning session concerning project implementation.
 Conduct necessary Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) and civil work change out and new site.
 Coordinate with the representative of the contracting party Sun Cellular ( Digitel), Huawei Technology, Cell Site
Bldg Owner to conduct technical survey for installation of collapsible cabin, monopole and wall mount pole
 Supervise and inspect construction of GSM antenna and BTS equipment mounted at roof top.

Sewerage and Waterline Project Duty and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all kind of Shop drawing ,Base Plan ,Profile Lay out, House connection , Back drop Manhole
detailed drawing, sewerage and waterline using Autocadd 2007 version.
 Conduct preliminary survey to determine the actual ground level elevation upstream and down stream level for
design computation.
 Prepare the work schedule Plan ( Master Program ) including S-Curve diagram base on the contract amount.
 Prepare the schedule Field Density Test ( FDT ), Hydro Testing, and Chlorine Testing as per Baladia Standard.
 Supervise and inspect cutting of pavement ,excavation ,pipe laying ( clay and ductile pipe), Backfilling
,Compaction and restoration of asphalt pavement (MC1 ).
 Check the plan for Back Drop connection.
 Prepare of detailed Bill of Materials ( BOQ ).
Construction Of Terminal Dipolog Airport & New LTFRB Regional Office Bldg. Project Duty and Responsibilities:
 Prepare and evaluate quantity estimates for implementation ,additional works , variation and change orders.
 Implement and supervise activities of the project ( Structural/Architectural/Site Development Plan, Steel Works,
Concrete Works, Masonry Works, Moisture and Thermal Protection ,Electrical Works ).
 Prepare and monitor daily accomplishment of the project and make sure that the plan specification are being
followed by the contractor.
 Monitor and request construction materials and prepare construction schedule .
 Prepare of detailed Bill of Materials ( BOQ ).
 Responsible for Material Quantity Take Off.
