final phase.

OSP/ISP & Cable Management Products, Marking, splicing &testing, power Budget and
FTTx PAT procedures.
 Develop FTTx projects cost budgets, variance analysis, and change order management,
KPIs , Project Performance .
 Control quality and quantity of work performed, controlling of project's risk, scope, quality,
schedule, communications, and integration plans.
 Leverage a strong knowledge of technology trends for the selection of the most cost
effective and best practice OSP access network solutions. Lead the design and
development of new Broadband products, services and promotions, incl. pricing models,
business cases and submissions for approval.
