Subject: Proposal for Relocation and Topographic Survey – SAMAL, BATAAN

Sir,
I am pleased to present to you my proposal for the Relocation and Topographic Survey of the properties
located at Samal, Bataan containing an approximate area of 15 hectares.

Details of my proposal are as follows:

I. Scope of Work

a. Establishment of the property boundaries using PS cyl conc. mons. 10 x 40 cm.

b. Observation for ground elevations to determine the relief/terrain of the property.
c. Observations of all existing structures and natural features, including roadways, building and houses,
electrical posts, trees and waterways, if any.
d. Preparation of the Topographic Survey Plan indicating elevations and all physical features of the property
including the actual location of all structures (roads, houses, electrical posts, trees, waterways). Submission
of the CAD file to client.

II. Requirements from Client

a. Entry permit to the property, if necessary.

b. Photocopy of titles.

III. Duration of Work

All works will be completed within 25 working days upon the acceptance of my proposal.

IV. Financial Consideration

For the above-mentioned scope of work, I propose the amount of ₱ 300,000.00* (VAT INCLUSIVE). I also propose
the following mode of payments:

1) 40% of the total contract amount, upon acceptance of my proposal.

2) 60% as full payment upon submission of the Plan to the Client.

*Separate Proposal or additional cost will be charge for Tree Tagging, if needed.
