This Security Assessment was conducted at Brgy. Baritan, Morong, Bataan .its vicinity
in the fulfillment of its security requirement on persistent endeavor for security services

a. Purposes :
1. to determine the internal and external weaknesses of physical protection of Land
owned by Mr. Louie Vega situated at Morong, Bataan
2. degree of protection required

 Perimeter area of the property is only protected by combination of barbwire and


bamboo tree
 Spacing and gap of the perimeter barrier is to wide
 Illegal settler are also observed inside the properties
 Undetermined property boundary due to present of shrub and vegetation
 soil adjacent to the creek is eroding

Recommendations
1. For security point of view, perimeter fence or barrier is considered as the first line of
defense which would deny or impede access or exit of unauthorized person(s). such
barrier is required is basically designed to accomplish the following:

 Define the boundary of the property to be secured.


 Create a physical and psychological deterrent to unauthorized entry.
 Delay intrusion, thus facilitating apprehension of intruders.
 Assist in a more efficient and economical employment of guards.

2. On future and existing fences, height should not be less than 7 feet high, excluding
top guard. Install top guard or overhead obstacle of at least 3 standard double-
strand barbed wires, spaced 6 inches apart along the top of existing fence, facing
outward and upward at approximately 45-degree angle installed on steel supporting
arms;

3. Establish clear zones along perimeter area approximately 10 feet


4. As deterrent, put appropriate security and warning signs in conspicuous places at
regular interval along the perimeter

5. Required to cut and trim the shrub inside and outside of the fence or in the property
line to help the security guard visibility during the day night.

6. Evict illegal settler prior to security deployment

Proposed deployment

 The property will be manned by 22 security personnel 11 guards per shift on 12


hours of duty 24/7 armed w/ 12 ga shotgun, portable radio individual flashlight and
augmented w/ spotlight
 One team leader for each shift to coordinate and address security problems
encounter during their tour of duty
 2 security personnel per post to established buddy system to both ensure safety and
security of personnel guarding the property
 Provide guard post with every corner of the property pls. see image below
