Outcome 2: Protect lives and Prpoerties Againts Major Floods – Construction / Rehabilitation of Flood
Mitigation Facilities with Major River Basins and Principal Rivers, Construction of Flood Control
Structure.

That I am also aware of the right of way issues which may arise during the implementation of the said
