Subject : PROPOSAL

Dear Madam,

In accordance with your requirement, we are submitting herewith our

proposal for the above subject amounting to PESOS: TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
& 00/100 ( Php 25,000.00 ) only, Vat excluded, subject to the following terms and
conditions:

A. Scope of Works
1.0 Supply 1 unit 10W 32ft x 8ft truck.
2.0 The above rate include one (1) driver, one (2) helpers, toll fee(s) (if
any), and fuel.
3.0 Loading of Pv2 materials ( Flexible hose, wires, cable trays, railing,
brackets, solar panels) from Wilcon Dasma to Wilcon Sta Rosa drop
to Wilcon Calamba and to Wilcon San Pablo.

B. Manner of Payment
1.0 50% Downpayment, balance thru billing .

C. Project Schedule

1.0 Mobilization, one (1) day upon Down Payment

D. Price Validity
1.0 15 days from proposal date

E. Others
1.0 Permits, clearances and licenses from any government and
private agencies are excluded from this proposal.
