Good day,

This is to submit the proposed pricing for the QUANTITY ESTIMATING SERVICES offered
by ENGR. SOPHIA ANGELICA V. TERAN and team in the provision of Civil, Architectural,
Structural, and MEP Work Estimates and Bill of Quantities for the Public Toilet, Receiving Hall,
Storage Building, View Deck, Infinity Pool, and Riprap Wall of La Revelacion Farm Resort.

Lump sum services amount: THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 (Php 35,000.00)
PESOS ONLY.

Inclusions:
- Bill of Quantities – Civil, Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing
- Unit Costs – in reference to provided specifications by architect/DECONS construction

Terms of Payment shall be as follows:

- 30% Downpayment prior to start of services;
- 70% Upon submission of Construction Cost Estimate
