‭CONTRACT AGREEMENT‬

‭This Construction Contract Agreement is made as of the day of ____________ of _________________, 2024‬
‭ y and‬‭Ms. Ellen Loren Cabansag Khan‬‭an individual located at‬‭San Fernando Lau‬‭("owner") and‬‭C‬

‭ESCUDERO ENGINEERING SERVICES‬‭an individual Contractor‬‭located at Block 2 lot 21 Garden Grove‬
‭Salitran Dasmarinas Cavite ("Contractor"). Owner and Contractor may each be referred to in this‬
‭Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".‬

‭ HEREAS, Contractor is duly licensed general contractor in good standing, with contractor’s license‬

‭ HEREAS, Owner owns the property located‬‭84 Nicanor Ramirez Street Brgy. San Isidro Galas Quezon‬

‭City‬‭("Property”) and desires to have certain work performed by Contractor at the Property.‬

‭ OW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and for other good valuable consideration‬

‭exchange by the Parties as set forth in this Agreement, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby‬
‭mutually agrees as follows:‬

‭1. Description of Work.‬‭Contractor shall perform the following described work (“the Work”), in‬

‭accordance with Owner’s Contract plans and Specifications as attache‬‭d by this letter. The‬

‭Contractor agrees to furnish the labor, materials and supplies necessary to perform the Services‬

‭in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.‬

‭2. Changes in the Services‬‭. The Owner may request reasonable changes to the Services described‬

‭in Section 1. Any changes to the Services must be in writing and signed by both Contractor and‬

‭the Customer. The Customer agrees that any changes to the Services may result and additional‬

‭charges and extends the Construction Schedule.‬

‭ . Contract Price and Payments‬‭. Owner agrees to pay the Contractor for the Work the total amount of Php.‬

‭4. Contract Time‬‭. Time is of the essence in the performance of the work under this Agreement. The‬

‭“Commencement Date” shall be established in the Notice to Proceed to be issued by the‬

‭Owner. Contractor shall commence the Work within five (2) calendar days from the‬

‭Commencement date. No work shall be performed at the Project site prior to the‬

‭Commencement Date. The work shall be substantially completed within‬‭1 month‬

‭calendar from the Commencement Date. Grant an extension for any delays in performance‬

‭caused by unfavorable weather conditions / City lockdowns due to Covid 19 and in any‬

‭Disaster. Cancellation of contract by owner will pay 50% of the total contract.‬
