 USING 315 ALUMINUM PROFILE
 USING ¼” CLEAR GLASS

We would like to submit our formal offer for the supply, delivery and installation of glass and aluminum works for the above
project under the following terms and conditions:

I.PRICE: ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS.

(PHP. 113,600.00)

II. COVERAGE OF WORK: (SEE ATTACHED DRAWINGS 2 PAGES)

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

A) 30% Down payment (after signing of contract}

B) 50% Upon delivery of fabricated materials
C) 20% Balance (upon completion and turnover of the project)

IV. DELIVERY TIME: as per agreed work schedule

V. CONDITIONS:

a. The above quoted price is valid for a period of 15 days.

b. CONTRACT takes effect upon Client’s CONFORME.
c. Any alteration, modification, or addition upon the client’s request, not part of this quotation shall be charged
to the client’s account, subject to an amount to be agreed upon.
d. The client is responsible for the inspection and acceptance of the project upon its completion. Client must
report immediately any discrepancy between the agreed output and the finished work.
e. After acceptance and payment of the 10% balance, discrepancy reports shall no longer be accepted.
