I. Terms and Conditions:
• 50% Downpayment
• 40% Before final delivery/pick-up
• 10% Remaining Payable within 14 days after final delivery/pick-up
• KUMA CONCRETE has the right to charge 2% interest per month on late payments
• KUMA CONCRETE has the right to suspend deliveries/work if previous billings remain unpaid.
• KUMA CONCRETE is not liable to any damaged done by other trades once the finished floor is turned over.
II. Conditions Of Proposal
A. Delivery Conditions
1. Client must provide manpower for unloading of concrete products
a. extra charges will apply if Kuma Concrete Inc. will handle unloading
2. Client should notify Kuma Concrete Inc. of any vehicle restrictions if any
3. Unloading must start not later than 2 hours after arrival of delivery vehicle
B. General Conditions
1. Any item of works shall be applied with only the type of system agreed upon
2. Complete control of the system application shall be in full discretion of KUMA CONCRETE
3. Any instructions shall be first coordinated to KUMA CONCRETE Site supervisor before any action is made.
4. Changes on the project area should not go down 25% of the agreed Project area.
C. Limitations of Proposal
1. Pre-identified areas, which have drastic changes of condition from time of final survey.
2. Areas and type of work not listed above.
III. Start up / Completion
KUMA CONCRETE shall be given a lead-time to start of work after the contract has been perfected and
receipt of down payment for the supply of materials to the jobsite. Completion of the project is as agreed
upon by both parties.
III. Validity
This offer is valid for only 30 days upon receipt hereof and conformity to this quotation does not bind KUMA
CONCRETE to any bonds or retention fees.
