This has reference to the discussions had with us time in respect of your requirement of RMC at your above site. As
discussed, we are pleased to offer you our very competitive prices for the following grades of concrete at your aforesaid project
site:

Terms & Condition -

The Supply order shall be placed on M/s. Delstone Concrete Private Limited & the other terms andconditions are as follows:
1. Payment should be made in advance in favor of Delstone Concrete Private Limited.
2. Billing would be done on every transit mixture or as per mutually agreed.
3. The above mentioned supply rates are Exclusive of GST @ 18%.
4. The above rates are as per our design mix followed by IS 456:2000. In Case of anyChanges according
to your requirements, the rates will be altered accordingly.
5. Any increase and decrease in present market rates / duties / levies like sales tax, royalty by the Central / state Govt.
And due to Supreme Court Directives on all raw materials & Ready Mix Concrete would be charged extra to the
amount proportionate to the raw Materials in the mix.
6. Force Majeure - This offer is made subject to the force majeure clauses i.e. in the Event of stoppage of concrete
production either due to break down, strikes, lockout, Fire, or any othercauses beyond our control, the factory will
not be held responsible for delay in supplies.

Delivery-

1. We would request you to give us a schedule of 1 – 2 days in advance from site in charge /designated
authorized representative to enable smooth execution of operation.
2. The quantity mentioned in our challan shall be final.
3. The props/supports for the slab must be ensured as proper and firm and any loss of material dueto shuttering failure
would lead to wastage of concrete and shall be to your account.
4. As Ready Mix Concrete supplier our scope is limited to supply of concrete and we do not ownany responsibility for
any damage to equipment or any injury to manpower.

5. Required Permissions/Site clearance for plying the transit Mixers to your site, as Necessary shall be
arranged by you from concerned statutory authorizes. The Tm should Not be detained for more than
30 minutes after reaching your site. Detentionbeyond 1 Hr shall attract additional charge of Rs.
200/Cum/TM.

Quality:

1. The cement used is Ultratech & Wonder 43 Grade OPC.

2. Quality of Concrete-Company shall be only responsible for the quality of concrete, which will be indicated as per the
cube strength results at the end 28 days.
3. For the assessment of compliance of Ready-Mix Concrete, the point and time of sampling shall Be at discharge from
producers’ vehicle, as per IS 4926-2003 (Clause 6.1)
4. The concrete cube samples shall be casted in the presence of our laboratory in charge and the customer’s
representative at our RMC plant or at the project site and the cubes will be cured at our RMC plant laboratory. The 28
days strength results of these cubes shall be final.
5. Any defects in the structure due to improper compaction, curing and design the same will not be the responsibility of
the company.
6. Any variation on current raw material price will charge extra on actual basis.
7. Every 1 Rs. /Liter increase in rates of Diesel will led to increase Rs. 20 per cum.
8. Current cement rate is Rs 330 Per bag including GST@28

Contract Period:

This offer is valid up to 15 days, subject to clause no. 5 & 6 of other terms and conditions.
