We are pleased to submit our Cost Proposal for your 5.5kW rated Submersible Pump - Solar
Powered System Requirement/Project.

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Delivery & installation only

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. PAYMENT - 50% Downpayment, 50% Upon Completion/Turnover
2. WARRANTY - 1.5 years Warranty for the solar-powered pump system from
the date of turnover & 1-year for the workmanship
3. PRICE VALIDITY - Fourteen (14) days, thereafter subject for confirmation
4. PRICE - NON VAT (VAT Exclusive)
5. CANCELLATION - 30% of the Grand Total Cost will be applied in an event of
Order cancellation

NOTE
1. Power, water & other utilities necessary to complete the projects is Owner Supplied
2. Government permits and local fees are excluded in the proposal
