2. Solar Power Plants
Harnessing of nonpolluting renewable solar energy resources to control greenhouse gases is receiving
impetus from the government of India. The solar mission, an initiative by Government of India, which is part
of the National Action Plan on Climate Change has been set up to promote the development and use of solar
energy for power generation and other uses with the ultimate objective of making solar energy competitive
with fossil-based energy options. The solar photovoltaic device systems for power generation had been
deployed in the various parts in the country for electrification where the grid connectivity is either not
feasible or not cost effective as also some times in conjunction with diesel based generating stations in
isolated places and communication transmitters at remote locations.
With the downward trend in the cost of solar energy and appreciation for the need for development of solar
power, solar power projects have been preferred by many industries and users. A significant part of the large
potential of solar energy in the country could be developed by promoting solar photovoltaic power systems

improvements, in the continued development of the Helios natural’s product)

Project Generation:
• An annual degradation of 3% in 1st year and after 0.8% per annum. (During staggering/shading if grid
voltage is not in range of inverter than inverter would shut down for that particular time period. During
that period generation of Solar is proportionately reduced. Moreover, any reduction in energy
generation from solar plant owing to Chemicals, Gas, Fly Ash and or smoke emissions from the client’s
plant or nearby pants will not be covered under the guaranteed generation.

any opportunity, which may be materially different from that set forth in such statements, estimates and
projections.

6. Force Majeure: Our proposal is subject to force majeure clause. Helios Natural Renewtech P L will not
responsible for any delay or not supply of materials, implementation of projects, management or
providing any kind of services or related scope of work due to natural calamities, rain, cyclone, flood,
strike, riots, major accident, diseases, war or any other act/any events beyond control of Helios Natural
Renewtech P L. Thus our payment should not be stopped or delay.

7. Other Work: Any other work which is not covered under our scope of work/services or include in quote,
have to be done by the client with their own cost as directed by our representative in the stipulated time
in order to complete the work.
